Well, uh, yeah... It seemed rather funny when I saw it in the first time... I mean, come on, an SNES cartridge inside a Mega Drive, ain`t that funny? :\

I would not be surprised if this have happened in real life, not by the person taking the photography, but there is always someone who does not realise that object A is not suitable for object B. Even monkeys are capable of selecting the right peice for the right slot.
