mupen_nogui Patch-File (INI-Reading, CMDLine Parameter, Signal Handler)

This Patch fpr mupen64_nogui Version corrects following things:

signal Handler:
Add's a Signal Handler under Linux, so that mupen can be exited via kill.

Ini-Reading:
All Command Line Parameters can be stored in the mupen64.conf

Comandline Parameter:
Plugins, Fullscreen, Emulation Mode, Savety Questions can be set via Command Line

Config Rename:
Renamed the Confige file from gui_gtk.conf to mupen64.conf
