Why isnt my processor working hard palying dolphin

Hi guys my first post and wondering why when im playing zelda my fps is only 3 and my processor isnt even working hard as the blinking on the front should be going wild.I tihnk i might overclock my processor (if i knew how).

I am using a pentium 4 2.4ghz



512 ddr-sdram

ati radeon 9000 64mb

first, the red blinking light in front of your computer isn't for CPU activity but for your HD(s) and CD(s) activities.

second, if you had searched already, you would know why it won't go much faster than that.
