Is it possible to run a game with an virtual cd created by daemon tool with dolphin

i created the virtual cd with the .iso as it have to be

No. Dolphin only works with isos directly from the hard disk.
It's not even necessary yet.

Why would you want to run it that way? There's no reason to emulate a virtual drive, you just play the iso in an emulator. Besides, Daemon tools wouldn't be able to read it, because the image is encoded differently than standard PC-CD or DVD.
