Have any of the members working on the project visited www.warioworld.com ?
I came across the site when finiding out that it provides DS gaming corps. with working emus and dev kits to create the games on PC. When visiting the site I also saw a section for gamecube. So i was wondering if any of the members form a account and get their hands on one of the dev kits I bet they would progress a lot faster with the information they gain from the dev kits and can use it to make the emu better.

Not to mention distributing material acquired from the nintendo dev kits and stuff will be a violation of the agreement and you'll probably face legal action
