How may bits is the gamecubes cpu on? 64bits, 128bits? If it's 64bit would it be like a 970MHz 32bit cpu, if it's 128bit would it be like a 1940Mhz 32bit cpu
This is of course not true. When talking about bits, like 64bit processor, they tend to refer to the size of the registers, the actual data is can handle and more. For example, the 64bit athlon has 64-bit registers, which makes the processor able to process 64-bit integers without splitting them into two registers. That's a small sample of what the speed comes from.

A processors speed does not become solely on mhz. For 64bit, it can process more data per cycle basically.

Ah :p. But how many % faster do you think the amd 64 would run in xp 64 if you compare to xp??
My guess is that it won't be much. And as for applications, it would wary of course, depending on how well they were built for the 64-bit processor.

GC and PC are quite different

If you wanna emulate perfectly

You need at least a 4G Hz Cpu

No, you're wrong!
check the help file on dolphin.
Not even a NASA cpu 4.8ghz is capable to emulate gc properly.

I'm just kiding. Nasa cpu doesn't even exist.
And when I say Nasa 4.8ghz i mean 4.8Ghz Penthlonium XT64++ Pro cpu!!! ;)
