    grafics cards

    if dolphin start running games better what would be the ideal graphics card?

    At the moment, the ideal graphics card would be any supporting SM2.0 or better. A better feature set is more important thant the speed of the card.

    The ideal graphics would be a motherboard with 2x PCIe X16 slots in it. Then SLI two dual-gpu Geforce 6800 ultra cards. That would give you 4x GF 6800 ultra chips for gfx processing.

    Not to mention that buying that would ruin you, drain your computer of all power and make your power bill (or whatever it's called) go sky high.

    what a stupid advise, instead of selling a kidney to get a sli setup, wait for the next gen cards (32 pipelines) to come down in price.

    by that time, *maybe*, GC will be worth the time.

    You could add 32 GPUs in SLi mode but it would not increase the performance since all high-end emulation is CPU limited and not GPU limited.
