I try to run Dolphin on fullscreen. But when i prees the fullscreen buton nothing happens. Why; It not nice for me to play the games in windowed mode.

You're wrong. When you "prees the fullscreen buton" a message pops up. Fullscreen is just not implemented yet so you're out of luck.
Using a GameCube is a better choice since it has 100% compatibility and runs in fullscreen mode.
