if the authors just posted something like "we're busy and dont have a lot of time to work on chankast but it'll be released in the future" or something we wouldn't have all these threads asking about when a new version comes out, they should really give some progress reports if they dont want to be annoyed by people asking.

I wake up in the morning, go about my daily business, and fall asleep (comfortably) at night. I've been able to accomplish that every day despite a lack of progress reports from the authors. The problem is with *some* users, not the authors.

Anyways just take it as read that the release will be in the future at some point, be that 1 month or 10 years.... until one of the authors wishes to make a comment; which they can still do to locked threads btw, then everything on this subject will be locked.
