Can Dolphin Play Nonbootable games?

I have street fighter third strike and i think its nonbootable. If I get dolphin and load it with demon tool, will I be able to play it?

No. Dolphin does not use any kind of CD, as such. If it doesn't boot as an ISO or GCM, it won't boot.

If you mean you own the game, just use the 'Cube.

I think he's thinking Dolphin is a Dreamcast emulator, because Street Fighter The Third Strike is a Dreamcast game and he's talking about selfbootable ISO's.
