Help with Street Fighter 3

hey all

i need some help with street fighter 3: third strike



i downloaded a torrent called:
Dreamcast Street Fighter 3 Third Strike (Pal Fixed).zip
wend its unzipped its Street Fighter 3 Third Strike.cdi

i don't even know what to do in order to play with it, i tried several things

i used DEAMON tool to emulate a cd-rom on it and then tried to open it with
charka and still didn't work charka did not see it, wend i open charka i get
in the dreamcast bios, its asking me to insert a cd :\

if any of you guys could help me out on getting this to work i would be a pleased and happy man

First off, you didn't need to mention what the file name was, or where you retrieved it from, just the file extension, in fact, we'd prefer it that way.

For the sake of this thread I'm going to assume that you broke no laws;P

.cdi files are disc images, they can be burnt with disc juggler, the favoured burning program with regards to dreamcast backups, though the interface is horrendous, and the program sucks.

thats nice

but, i dont want to burn it onto a cd i just want to emulate it with a program
like alcohol 120% cause i dont have any cd-rom burner

hmm.. you should be able to use CDI2nero to convert the image to a nero image, which daemon tools can mount, should be able to find that here: http://es.geocities.com/dextstuff/cdirip/down_cdi.html , I'm not entirely sure if that's even a recent version of it though, heh, been a while since I've dabbled with dc stuff
