RE4 = teh awesome

Most fun I've had in a while. Played through the game twice already; contemplating a third run for speed.



1st run: Used the Blacktail, Riot Gun, Semi-Auto Rifle, Broken Butterfly
2nd run: Used the Chicago Typewriter (favorite), Infinite Launcher, Semi-Auto Rifle

I'll either play a third time with a new arsenal (maybe Red9, Striker, some other stuff...) or tackle The Mercenaries for a while; try to unlock the HandCannon (just for posterity).

Jub... RE4 is one of the greatest games I ever played... such a great atmosphere and such awesome gfx...

It is bastard hard at times, but a very generous save/checkpoint system eliminates any potential frustration. I actually enjoyed replaying certain sections so I could do better (use less ammo, take less damage, etc...) Tough, but fair.

RE4 borking rocks.. haven't had much play time, but I'm where you have to find Ashley after she was booby-trapped, with the Riot Gun, Broken Butterfly, Red9, and TMP. Also got the L pack so I've got plenty of space and plenty of ammo for my arsenal.

I'm on my third playthrough. I've been using the Infinite Launcher almost exclusively.
