n64 music player

i asked this same question at the n64 general emulation site.
I asked if there was some tool that just can play the musisc from roms.
I now know that it does not use a standard way for creating the music. Nobody into creating such a tool

well you can always log the sound into .wav

Instead of using a function which to my knowledge does not exist in any Nintendo 64 emulator, use Azimer's Audio Plugins which gives you the choice of logging audio to wav, after the sound has been logged convert it to mp3 and enjoy.

yes, but then you have actually play the game
....and if a game does not have level select you can't hear all off it.

But i think such a program is not possible to make; azimer say this.

No... "Azimer say" romhacking is required. Few people have the patience to hack roms or make utilities to hack roms.

Of course, everything is possible to create.

Maybe people can better spend their effords to creation of the emulators themself, maybe that someone in the future create a special sound plugin with a build in player....
