    GBAfront database messed up

Hey guys, don't know if anybody is using this, but it's a great nice tool and a good frontend for playing the sdk version of VBA for example, but the database is totally messed up, that means no pic is fit the game... can anybody agree that or is it just me?
    Any way to fix it?

hello, it's weird... i use GbaFront 2.0 and everything it's ok...

Maybe u should try to update the DAT File... there, the file is called games20...

Try this Link There u can find the latest dat, just replace the file. And there also Pics for the frontend, i mean Box art and all that, i use that pic's and i can see them very well ^^

I only use the Box Art Pictures... and it's a very great tool to manage the rom's and it looks very cool...

    Cheers

    Gbafront solution

first of all you database is not messed up just not assembled properly

the problem is that the gbafront dat file is not in coherence with the official realease list and as a result the pictures do not match since the pictures are labelled according to the official release list.

you can solve the problem by one of the following

    1. download the gbafront pictures which are in accordance with the dat file (you can find these at www.advance-power.de)

    2. modify the information in the dat file you already have (cut and pase from official list, this list is available at www.pocketheaven.com

    3. rename all of the pictures you already have to match your dat file (csv)
