Problem No. 1:
In Conker's BFD there are sometimes testures missing, like in the following screenshot (in the spooky chapter the bats have no forehead). It only happens with jabo's d3d 1.40!
jabo's d3d 1.30 displays these textures correctly, but has some other bugs...
are there any solutions?

Problem No. 2:
In some gamey like Duke64 (and Conker's BFD) i can see sprites through walls (see below).My Plugins:

the see-through bat-Conker is known, no fixes.
the sprite thing i hav also seen, try force depth compare/enable (prolly wont work, but try!)
