Help with 0.4

I came on to this site a while back and found a thread in progress that seemed to be my problem,of course when I came back later it was gone. My problem is that Mupen will not work at all period on my computer. Can't even change the setting's,load roms or anything.I am the administer on the computer and the only one who uses it.

are you using the binary version ? or do you have compiled it yourself ? we also need a little bit more info about the system you're using...

im using the binary version with a pentium 3 processor and a 16mb TNT2 grafics card running windows xp. Since im not using it now I can't give you more information
