    Help with Zelda oot please

ok well I got pj64 about a week ago and all my other games work fine except this one I don't know if this is a common glitch that can be fixed or if it can't.

When I start the game I can walk around the village it runs at 60 fps then about every 15 seconds it just skips.

    Video Plugin: glN64 v0.4.1
    Audio Plugin: Jabo's DirectSound 1.40
    Imput Plugin: N-Rage`s Direct-Input8 V2 1.82a

Could it be a bad rom or something?

The video plugin (glN64) has an option to set the texture cache size. Increasing it may fix your problem (set it to 128MB).

that helped a little not much though. I have tried a couple of different plugins but it keeps doing the same thing.

Sounds like the self-modifying code is set to Protect Memory. If so, lower it to Change Memory and Cache.
