Soul Calibur can't start. Also anothe question about cpu.

When i start Soul Calibur with Chankast it tells me "This Game doesn't support the AV cable that is currently connected to the main console.
Turn off the power and replace the AV Cable."
i loaded the image inside Alcohol 120%, one file is MDS(2kb) and other MDF(795,411kb).
any solution here???
i also am interesting in the Ability to incrise the CPU power of chankast by using + and - button, when should i use this function? is it wise to make it higher then 100 or lower?
thanks in advance and btw i did search the forum for answers but i couldn't find anything that could answer my question.

i figure out the first one my self, i only had to change the cable type to NTSC
