I have the NRage plugin on 1964 and I have a USB controller plugged in. My other emulators like SNES recognize it but not 1964. I go into the config and it looks fine, but for some reason wont recognize my controller or the buttons i push.

You have gone into Devices> and selected the pad haven't you?
Plugins>Input settings>Devices>Gamepad

It gives me USB joystick, which is selected.
