Nice machine. It should run quite quickly.

Once they have the finished game, it's really up to Sierra as to how
quickly it gets into the stores. If I remember correctly, it was about
10 days for Half-Life and something like 6 months for Condition Zero.

Hi,
Me and probably 20 or more million people are waiting for this game
to be released, and hoping for it to arrive sometime in august, but I
want to ask some questions about the hardware..
A few weeks back I bought parts for my pc, me and my mate built it and
it runs great on the latest games, here are the specs:
3.2GHZ HT Pentium 4
512mb 3200 DDR memory
Geforce FX 5600 Ultra
DVD-RW DL Drive
DVD reader
Floppy Disk Drive
120GB 7200RPM Hard Drive
ATX Case (with window by the side! :p )
I was reading about the demonstrations on how Half Life 2 runs on a
Radeon 9800 Pro and runs at a good steady rate. But I heard that, to my
horror, that It wouldnt be able to run as well on PC's that have Geforce
cards.
What I want to know is what will the frame difference be between a
Geforce FX card and a 9000 + Radeon card?
Also, will Half Life 2 benefit from running on an AMD or an Intel
processor?
Also, as you said that the bugs are being ironed out as we speak, is
there a chance that we will be able to have the game in late August or
in mid September?
Thank you for your time in reading this.

I cant beleive this, but now I know that my PC is capable of running Half Life 2!
