Street Fighter 3rd Strike (And EX2 Plus)

What category (As in CPS2, Impact, Neogeo, etc.) is 3rd Strike under and what emulator plays that game?

Same questionm about Street Fighter EX2 Plus.g

And why arent these games under the CPS2/3, etc. category and why isn't Mame programmed to play them? Except maybe MAME32PLUS .79.

Legend: Under category as in ..... I cannot explain any further. I might confuse myself.

3rd Strike I believe is CPS3. The reason they are not in Mame or any other emulator is the roms/images are encrypted and thus unemulatable until the encryption is broken.

SFEX2+ runs on the ZN2 hardware, a PSX derivative. Zinc runs it, but you'll need a fairly beefy PC. (1GHz+ Intel/AMD, GeForce/Radeon+, 256MB+ ram..)

Was that released in the arcade? I'm only aware of the PS2 version.
