I have one of those ATI Raedon cards - I know, Iknow. Is there ANY graphics plugin that will work for 1964 or should I bag it and get a diff. emulator? If said bagging above were to take place is there an emulator that would work better with an ATI??

If I pull the ATI, what's a better brand or type of card to go with?

I'd use Jabo's plugin with 1964 for your computer because your gfx card is probably too old for glN64(), and Rice's Daedalus probably won't work very well either with a low-end Radeon. Jabo's is fast and works well with most cards, and TR64 OpenGL may be worth a shot though since it's quite good with Radeon cards. 1964 will be the best emulator for a PII, but Nemu64 may be worth trying as well.

The decent one
I think GLnintendo should work fine, but a little bit slow on a PII. Clements is right about Jabo's. Another good (but little slow) plugin is Glide64. It's designed for Glide-cards (Voodoo etc.), so you need the wrapper Evoodoo. TR64 opengl is also worth a try. You can get this all (excepting Jabo's d3d) at the download-section.
