Top Gear Rally 2 problem

Hello, today I downloaded the Top Gear Rally rom and it seems it isn't getting my resolution right, it's set to 800x600 at full screen. And as seen in the screenshot it doesn't look centred. But when i'm not racing (in the main menu's etc) it displays the correct size.

Specs:
GF2 400mx
P3 1ghz
256SD ram
SB Live

Plugins:
Pj64 with
Jabo's D3D6 1.5
Jabo's DSound 1.5
N'Rages input.

It has something to do with the game, a monitor is different to a TV the black borders show on a monitor but not on a TV, read PJ64 Help files these might help.

Anyway read PJ64 FAQ's / Help File it might give you a bit more info.

The black borders are the result of overscan, which is visible on a monitor but hidden beyond the edge of a television.

As to the centering issue, if I remember correctly some games use dynamic resolutions. Figuring out what's needed for each resolution is/was a real chore, so what you see is the best fit possible.
