SSF 0.09 alpha R2 Released

Crude translation of changes:

SH2 treatment of FRT fixed.
SCU's DMA processing fixed.
SCU end of the DMA interrupt handling fixed.
SCSP playback location update process fixed.

State saves data changed version.
