SSF 0.08 alpha Released

A new version of this Sega Saturn emulator has been released, taking it from the 0.07 beta stage too 0.08 alpha. I don't know japanese though so I can't say what's new.

mostly mahcnine translation, not good but it at least gives an idea of the changes:
SMPC processing was corrected.
It reaching the point where [bachiyareshingu] moves, it increases.
Increased the number of save states per game to 10.
