Arculator 0.40 Released

A new version of the Acorn Archimedes emulator for Windows known as Arculator has been released. Here is the list of changes for version 0.40.

• Delayed IRQ by one instruction - Lemmings 2 now has sound
• Fast disc access
• Can disable scanline effect
