CDI File Problems

Ok, I am new to the whole emulator thing. I just got this a few days ago (Chankast) and i followed the installation instructions correctly but when I mount the CDI file with Daemon Tools on the virtual drive and try to run it with Chankast it runs as a music cd and I have no clue what to do so help is appreciated.

Either the disc image is bad or once again, Chankast simply fails at doing things right. Word has it that you need to use Daemon Tools 3.29, because that version supposedly works best with Chankast. It's not like you can't try the disc image with other [far better] emulators, like nullDC and Demul and see if the problem persists.
