    Game always crashes at a certain point

    I am playing Sonic Adventure and when I try to go to Mystic Ruins after getting the ice key it crashes in the middle of loading and just stays black. Anyone know what to do?

    probably a dumb question but

    How do I load a rom or image? I select run but it doesn't let me pick a file just shows the starting menu thing and if I select play it says insert game disc.
