trying out ultra hle...i have all the glide wrappers and such...but the window doesn't appear? help?

Hahahaha getting 30 fps in PJ64...all slow-mo... I wonder why like 5 minutes ago it was running at 60fps, then all of a sudden it drops down to 30, and continues to run at 30, and it won't stop running at 30...I guess it's my CPU just being hogged...
