Since no one could find a solution to my other chankast problem, I've decided to try redownloading a new chankast. First off, everytime I run it it says "can't read dc_bios.bin". What's that mean?

You see, I've been using this emulator to play MVC2, and it's been working so far. Then, all of a sudden, I try to load it up, and it plays as a music CD. I switch drivers back and forth, from e: to h:, but even then, it still doesn't work when it used to before. Can anyone tell me why this is...

So... I got predicament I can't find a solution to. When I try to play a game on my chankast, it's too slow, but when I use the capcom hack, it's way too fast. Is there a way I can speed up/slow down either one?
