VideoDX9 and PadSimple refusing to load.
I'm running Windows Vista Buisness, and I'm trying to run every revision I've tried (quite a few) from a flash drive. If this is a fixable problem, please let me know (I suspect DX9 fails because I have DX10, but I'm clueless on PadSimple).
