please help me!!! When i play Zelda OOT and go to pause menu it takes more than 15 seconds to get te pause menu and video and core decreases to 5% and 0% and in project 64 it takes 1 second!!! Whats the problem!?

Yo, im new so anybody can help me? I have downloadaed dolphin newest ver. and twilight princess iso. I have unrared it, and when i start playing, the hole emulator tilts. Help!!! And in older versions, it starts booting(wuppee!!!) but then comes error message and it stops playing. Help...
