Ok to start with here's what i know about the computer... Celeron (R) CPU 2.40 GHz, 768MB RAM, RAEDEON 9200, Windows XP pro home edition, and a new motherboard and harddrive (which apparently is supposed to be a 60 gig Harddrive but reads 74.5GB)... Video/Graphics driver ATI Catalyst control...

ok i know i should upgrade to v 1.6 but each time i try to download it it doesn't work. So now i'm faced with the issue that 1.5 has no sound what so ever and i just recently started playing a few roms too. (though i wish there was a translation program for PJ64, but that's a thought for later)...
