what is the diffrance between pal video and ntsc reason why i ask is because some of the games i have are in pal form but when they are windowed they are almost in a 16:9 ratio in a window is there a scanline diffrence between the 2?

is the memory packs not emulated in pokiemon statum 1 and 2?

i have noticed that people say that this game x and that game y have higher system requirements to play them. My question is ok now all the n64's are identical same proc speed graphics card memory (unless you do not have the expantion pack). My question is how would the game requirements...
