when i load the rom with sixtyforce i just get a message that says rom is less than 4k can someone help?- hollisterboi5

hopefully someone can help me with mupen0.3, the evangelion 64 rom loads but theres no start button so i cant do much but watch the intro with mupen0.5 it doesnt load. it just says rom is less than 4k someone help i really wanna pay this game- hollisterboi5
