Is it possible in PJ64 to save game specific configuration for example plugins? Thanks in advance.

Is it possible to emulate the Transfer Pak on the PJ64 1.6 - I have N'Rage's 1.82a input plugin which supports the Pak, and I have Mario Tennis(E) for the N64, and for the GBC, with a save file for both, it doesn't seem to work for me though. I don't have an Adaptoid either. Thanks for your time.
