not sure if this belongs in thsi forum but i got the FFTA rom and i got a red mage but no red magic, how would i get any?

im new to Forums (first one iv ever used) and im new to GBA roms i just got visualboy advanced and i got legacy of goku it keeps saying will not run on hardware or something like that. whats the deal? Sry if this has been said before :term: :ala:
