    Help with Plugin Locating

    I'm new here, and I'm new to Project64. I'm having problems with running Paper Mario, the screen keeps flickering. I looked in the Game FAQs and it tells me that a third party plugin could fix the problem, where do I get the plugin from, and how do I install it? Please help a newbie out.
