I can't use this plugin. Everytime i go into the settings menu to change my graphics plugin, it says i'm missing MSVCP71.dll and Rice'sDaedalus5.4.2.dll Failed to load. Where do i find MSVCP71.dll?

Right after i finally finished the chapter in Conker's Bad Fur Day where you have to escape from the zombie infested mansion, the emulator started getting all skippy and slow in areas where the game normally ran perfectly.... Can anyone tell me how to fix this?
