Sonic Adventure slowdown really hard on the beginning cutscene and in the subsequent parts of the game, my rig is a Core i5 4460 3.2Ghz 8Gb Ddr3 and intel hd 4600, the CPU stays at 30% in game and the GPU stays at 60-70% and yet the game stutters really bad. anyone know a fix for this...
