The textures are not what you see in latest games but are much improved over the originals, i would say probably PSP quality which is good for polygons without bump-mapping. A fair bit is done but not Complete, feel free to complete my work, i wanted to improve the look a fair bit but keep the textures 90'ish looking like Sega Dreamcast or Sega 90's Arcade textures. Anyway i hope you like my work. Download link is down below the video on youtube.
