For some reason my Zelda Morjas Mask is going really FAST, as in the time is messed up not the game but the actual rom is speedy...is there something i can do to fix this?

When I Play Zelda It Will Lag Every So Often. Especially When I Have The Eye Of Truth On It Goes Down To 5 Fps! Please Help....i Am Pretty Sure That My Comp Can Handle The Graphics And Everything! Thank You Sooo Much!
