ah!!! when ever i play a game with pj64 i notice i'm losing lots of memory (100 - 200 mb!?!?!?) what in the world is happening (where is my memory going? i didnt install or download anything.) help before my comp crashs from lack of memory!

i just got pj64 1.5 and the sp patch for 1.5 and i started playing my first 64 game, i downloaded supermario64, it works and everything,but when i save the game after i get a star and then quit. i came back later to play and it gives me this message "cannot open eep file " or something like...
