Problem with Ultra HLE
Can somebody help me? If I open Ultra HLE (1.1 I think) then 'Ultra' appears in the CTRL+ALT+DEL menu, yet the program does not appear to be open. There isn't even an error message. Help me plz!- tommy_boy283
