Direct 3D error - Voodoo 3 3000, Windows XP
Hey yall ... got this error... trying to remedy it: Direct3D filed to initialize your HAL device... I have Windows XP Pro... Voodoo 3 3000... with custom 3rd Party drivers offering full OpenGL and glide support.... My question is, think this is an XP issue/pj64 compatability issue or a driver...
