on some games, when i try to edit a cheat, it doesnt let me. Mario Party 3: I can't change the star, dice, or coin amount on any player. Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time: I can't change what I put in the bottles. stuff similar to this. I cannot change it. Anyone know why?

Well I ran Ocarina of Time and it freezes on me. This is what happened: I made the file and stuff, the Deku Tree talked boring stuff. Then Navi was flying. Then it freezes. The error report says: I need to add more code in GenerateSectionLinkage cause this is going to cause an exception. I...
