:pj64::devil: is it better to have as many plugins as you can get or just the ones you need? where do i unzip the plugins? and where can i find the plugins.......if im alowed to ask that?

I am having troubles mostly with star wars games but also with some others. My problem is that the file type is .RAR and it says that it isnt a rom file when i try and open it, even though i know it is. I am pretty sure that this is the problem because all of the ones that dont work for me are...
