when the gcm paths open, it show super smash bros. melee which I got but on the notes, it said can't play the game, so I don't understand what to do?

I have super smash bros. melee and I rename it so it has the .gcm (used to be .rar) I open dolphin and put the gcm path to my desktop (with contain the game) and it said I need the d3d9.dll and y video is turn at NTSC?????
