-when i start banjo tootie it says no controller is there a way to fix this problem, i tryd using different plugins -also would it be possible to get a ps2 dual shock controller and have the analog sticks work with pj64

i notice that when i play games the fps is like 60 and the game seems to be moving to fast and its hard to play sometimes can anyone tell me how to lower the fps to normal speed
