When I play Pokemon snap when I go to the stage and try to take pictures I cant seem to move the camera angle no matter what button I press can anyone help me? I tried to Reconfig the controlls but doesnt seem to work

When I open the emu its fine but when I double click a Rom it loads but when its complete I got a Error message with the open to Send and Dont Send When I press Dont send it just Crashes same with Send.
